Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality accessories My daughter loves playing with this but I'm really disappointed with the quality. The dress is nowhere near as good as the Anna doll and you have to be really careful with it. The shoes are terrible - the doll has flat feet, but the shoes we received looked like they had been bent to fit a high heeled doll. I don't know if it was a returned item or just bad manufacture. I have have had to use a hairdryer to heat and bend them back into shape, and they still keep falling off as Elsa's feet are so floppy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Talk about bow-legged Beautiful doll, but for the love of God, Disney, her legs are shapeless, bent, and sticky. How are we supposed to play with outfits when they need to stay covered-up? Forget about a hair set; Elsa needs articulation, pronto.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheaply made dress The dress ripped after one month. My daughter takes off and puts on the dress on the doll. The sleeves are a delicate fabric that's not fit for children to play with. My daughter is very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice Elsa's expression is really spunky and she looks like she's about to start singing "let it go" . Her hair is glued into place and less spikey than the original doll and not as movie accurate but still pretty. She has ice shoes which look amazing it's just a shame they are flats and not heels but this doll does have flat feet like all newer disney store dolls. Some people have mentioned this doll is low quality but I disagree, I really like the doll itself but the outfit isn't as pretty as the original Elsa doll back in 2016 .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A bit flimsy My 3 year old daughter loves her dolls (which is the main thing!) but the top of Elsa’s plait has come out and now won’t go back into the plait. Her dress is ripped slightly already and with the amount of times my daughter dresses them and undresses them, the dress won’t last that long. It doesn’t seem to phase her; it’s me that’s more disappointed in the quality

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Face, but dress is a let down! Okay so admitedly I bought this because I loved this face sculpt, it is very similar to the OFA Singing doll which I love. So I bought this to redress in the dress from the 1st edition Elsa. I'm sure it's probably fine for a child to play with but I agree with comments about it not feeling the same quality as the princess dolls. the dress feels quite thin and the shape isn't great. Although the 1st edition dress was very plain the shape and volume in the skirt was much nicer. So I knew I was only buying this to get a new body. Also, although just basic plastic, the ring is pretty cute, I'm sure a kid would love it !
